She was predeceased by : her parents, Michael Waynik and Frances Waynik; her husband Dale; her brother Michael Jr.; her nephew Ken Waynik; and her sisters-in-law, Shelby (Larry Sr.) and Nancy Wilson Thompson.

She is survived by : her sister Mary Kay Milavec; her brother-in-law Frank; her nephews, Jeff and Greg (Christine); her niece Debbie Summer (Philip); her sister-in-law Ann Waynik (late Michael Jr.); her nephew Eric Pettus (Jeremy); her niece Tori Flynn (Jason); her aunt Sue Waynik (late Joseph); her brother-in-law Larry Wilson Sr.; her nephews, Larry Jr. (Lonna), Gregg (Susan) and Glenn (Gail); her brother-in-law Mark (June); and her nieces and nephews, Suzanne Chance, Marcia Heiner (Keith), Kristi Latti (Matthew), Michael and John Thompson.
