She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Kozora and Mary Kozora (Petz); her husband William E. Schultz Jr.; and her siblings, John, Raymond, James and Mary Elizabeth.
She is survived by: her sister Rose Bradley of Wake Forest; her children, William J. Schultz of Johnstown, Barbara Pavlick (Bill) of Keswick, Virginia and Barry Schultz (Connie) of Johnstown; her grandchildren, Eric Pavlick (Colleen), Brian Pavlick, William M. Schultz, Melinda Ryan and Amy Goldsmith (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Ryleigh, William, Luke, Michael, Amelia, Joseph, Vivian and Mae.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to St. Therese Catholic Church.
