She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Hanzek and Anna Hanzek (Turkovich); her husband John Jack; her children, Cathy and John; her grandchildren, Sherry and Shawn; her children-in-law, Michelle (Gibson) and Chester Cheroki; her siblings, Stephen, Butch, Frank, Joe Hanzek, Liz Rummel and Lucy Lobi; and her brother-in-law William Stephens.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth, Joseph, Mary Cheroki and Anna Stephens; her brother John Hanzek; and her sisters-in-law, Audrey Uncapher, Sue Stephens and Jacqueline "Jackie" Cowan. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
