After graduation, Charles entered the Air Force and served his time as an MP at the air base in Plattsburgh, New York. He was a hunting enthusiast and enjoyed collecting coins.
He is survived by his children, Pamela Blaise (Leber), Jeffrey Leber, Kimberley Tedford (Leber), & Adam Leber. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles E. Leber, Sr. & Marion L. Leber (Reavel), his wife, Rochelle and his son, Charles E Leber, III.
