He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Owens and Leona Owens (Gilliam); his brothers, Robert and Terrance; his daughter Carla; and his granddaughter Haleigh Owens.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Louise (Rowe); his sons, Troy (Arlene Schuyler) and Randy (Lisa Ruffing); his grandchildren, Ian, Janet, Shannon Ayres, Lucas, Corey and Brooke Owens; his great grandchildren, Mason Owen Young, Aiden John Joseph Craig and Jaxon Lucas Owens; his brothers, James (Jo Anne) and Donald (Hildegard); and his siblings-in-law, Winnifred Owens (Terrance), Allen (Sally Rowe), Luella Luczko and Elmira Feathers.
