He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Sr. Horner and Zora Horner (Hess); and his siblings, Kenneth Horner, Ruby, Dorothy, Betty, Doris, Arlene and Rose.

He is survived by: his close friend Mary Galbraith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
