He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford M. and Mary (Roberta). He is survived by: his children, Dr. Laura (Jeff Wiggins) and Dr. Donald Jeffrey Bush (Amy); his grandchildren, Jordyn A. Koontz and Madelynn E. Bush; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob, Silas, Amie, Ella, Tessa, Lili and Owen; his sisters, Carol Moschgat (Bush) and Donna Bowser (Bush); and his siblings-in-law, Martha Garland (Pender) and Brad Mosteller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
