She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Belz and Estelle Belz (Ashcom); her husband Francis; and her siblings, Terry Lee, Louis and Wilhelmina Russell.

She is survived by: her siblings, Sara Jean Penrod, Karl, Janice Legg and Judith Price. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews; great nieces and nephews; and great great nieces and nephews.
