She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mangus and Mary Mangus (McVicker); her sisters, Eileen Podvojsky, Mary Maines, Stella Flores and Karen Parks; her stepson John Caddy; her mother-in-law Ricarda Doulon; and her brother-in-law Paul Maines.
She is survived by: her husband John Caddy; her children, Ryan Sirko (Breanna) and Stephanie Cooper (Chris); her stepson Frank Caddy; her siblings, Rita Gillian (Al), James Mangus (Maryann), Bertha Maines and George Mangus (Nancy); her siblings-in-law, James Caddy (Jo Ann), Maureen Caddy, Joe Maines, David Flores and Ron Parks; and her pet Teddy. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
