He is survived by: his wife Tracey (Daley); his siblings, Carol Fryday-Ross (David) and John Fryday (Bryan); his aunt Betty Jane Rutter; his cousins, Alan and Jeff Rutter; and his friends, Rob Bluett, Alexander Sadosky and Michele Zink.

Although no memorial service will be held, friends are encouraged to make a donation to their local animal shelter in David's memory.
