David H. Gaines Sr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2023, at the age of 81, David H. Gaines Sr. (Johnstown, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Williams and Eleanor Williams; his significant other Beverly Grace Gaines (Whitlow); his daughter Dr Tracy Patricia Jeffries (Gaines); and his siblings, Barbara, Patricia Gaines, Joseph, John and Anthony.
He is survived by: his children, Sheri, Tina, David Harold Gaines, Jr. (Leona), NJ and Dennis Anthony Gaines (Stacey); and his brother Patrick. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart & Kidney Associations, and/or the Cancer Research Association.
