He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Richard R. Maher Sr. and Olga M. (Hladio) Maher-Phillips; parents-in-law: Ronald Dean and Patricia Jordan; wife: Sharon (Jordan) Maher; children: Brad (Heather) Maher and Kelly (Matthew) Spangler; grandchildren: Kaia, Dakota, Sawyer, Rowyn, and Reese; brothers: Dan Maher, Tom (Mary Kay) Maher, and Richard (Tracey) Maher; sister: Janet Maher; brother-in-law: Rick (Courtney) Jordan; officiant: Pastor David S. Peles; and many loving nieces and nephews.
A Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Benedict Church (500 Cherry Ln, Johnstown, PA 15904).
