He is survived by: his children, David Malcolm, Jr. (Crystal), Dayva Malcolm and Rebecca Vuckovich; and his sisters, Diane Malcolm, Andrea King and Linda Coder (Andrew). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
