It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David L. Nelson of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Nelson and Harriet Nelson (Burkhard); and his siblings, James, Robert, Agnes, Mildred, Evelyn, Dolores and Frances.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Mical (Robert) and David Nelson Jr. (Julie Kopach); his grandchildren, Samantha Nelson, Allison Hughes (Scott), Robert Nelson, Zachary Nelson, Benjamin Mical, Troy Wills and Alyssa McAdams; his great grandchildren, Liam, Sophia, Lilly and Aurora; his siblings, Donald, Frank, William, Dorothy Ann, Charlotte and Betty; and his close friend Betty.
