He is survived by: his mother Ann Fogle (Dombrowski); his wife Renee Fogle (Greathouse); his children, Britney, David Jr. (Denae) and Kayla (Scott); his stepchildren, Mathew and Nicole; his grandchildren, Hayden, Emerson, Remington, Eli and Gunner; his stepgrandchildren, Sienna, Bri, Laken, Riley, Paisley, Liam, Luke and Braydon; his siblings, Bill (Brenda) and Cheryl; and his sister-in-law Connie.
