She is survived by: her parents, Harry Vilsack and Susan Vilsack; her sisters, Peggy Leedy (Michael) and Amy Croll (AJ); and her nieces and nephews, Keally Mackenzie (Mark), Sara, Addy, Charlotte, Madeline, Charlie and Henry.

It made my day to care for Belle who would keep the staff amused with her antics. Debbie and I became friends via Belle. She was a wonderful, sweet person.
