He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Leech and Catherine R. Leech (Fatula); his siblings, Catherine and Edward Jr.; and his nephew Corey Leech.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Leech (Melikant); his daughters, Courtney Kohler (Andrew) of Johnstown and Molly Thomas (Austin) of Johnstown; his brothers, Bernard (Cynthia) and Gary (Kelly); and his in-laws, Michael Melikant (Janet Ritchey), Daniel Melikant, Rosemary (Vincent Szczur) and Karen (Bill Weinzierl).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the F. G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc. (710 Broad St, Johnstown, PA 15906). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Therese Catholic Church (536 Decker Ave, Johnstown, PA 15906).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the National MS Society in his memory.
