She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Blough and Clara Blough (Massimo); her parents-in-law, Paul and Helen Haynes (Kocher); and her husband Robert G. Haynes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Annette Haynes and Lisa M. Poorbaugh; her son-in-law Timothy; her sister-in-law Carol (Jesus); her niece Cynthia Meidroth (Greg); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Chase and Connor; and her nephew Brian (Danielle).
