She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dziagwa and Stella Dziagwa (Lech); her son Stephen Forgas; her brother Joseph J. Dziagwa; her son-in-law Michael Skovensky; and her nephew Jason Mulvehill.

She is survived by: her husband Lawrence "Larry" Forgas; her daughters, Kristen Stenger (Bill) of Johnstown and Allison Skovensky of Johnstown; her grandchildren, Dylan, Kaitlyn (Ashton), Austin Svencer (Hannah), Hannah Phelan (Kaiden), Olivia and Brianna Skovensky; and her sisters-in-law, Veronica Dziagwa and Terri Mulvehill (Patrick).
