He was predeceased by: his parents, Oather Cook and Betty Mae Cook (Paul); his wife Ella "Jean" Cook (Naskali); his brothers, Ronald Cook and Rodger Cook; and his siblings' child Ryan J. Cook, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Tina Holt Johnstown (Gary), Pamela Toth Pittsburgh (Art), Dawn Yoder Hollidaysburg (Dustin), Kimberly Lang Johnstown (late Kevin), Keith Virgina (Kristen), Kenneth, Ryan and Nicole Vena Johnstown (Jarrod); his grandchildren, David Wingard, Dominick, Vincent Toth, Grant, Elizabeth, Zane Yoder, Cara Lang-Wilson, Owen Cook, Ethan and Isla Vena; and his sisters, Janet Cook and Sandy Stahl.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Meek and Dalla Valle Funeral Home (1312 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home (1312 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963).
In lieu of flowers the family request making a donation to Windber Hospice, 600 Somerset Ave., Windber, PA 15963 in memory of Donald.
