She is survived by: her husband Patrick Pollino; her children, David Pollino, Sr. (Kim), Annette Vamos (John), Christopher Pollino (Maryellen), Laura Pollino (Mike Pleskovic) and Paul Pollino (Stacy); her grandchildren, David Pollino, Jr., Daniel Pollino (Sheri Britton), Darla Ochenrider (Donald), Jessica Kokoski (Issac), Kara Bernard (Andrew), Leah Nace (Greg), Emily Pollino (Evan Yost), Samantha Pollino (Jack Foust) and Angela Benson (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Jakob, Cohen, David, Tanner, Westen, Hudson, Ian, Henry, Patrick and Logan; and her siblings, Charles Gustkey, Jr., Sue Zimmerman, Pearl Zimmerman (Robert), James Gustkey (Chris), William Gustkey, David Gustkey (Patty), Thomas Gustkey, Julius Gustkey (Debbie), Rebecca Boring, Linda Gustkey, John Gustkey (Sharon) and Paul Gustkey (Tammy).
