She is survived by: her children, Valerie Andrews-Dixon, MD, April, Robert P. Andrews, Jr. (Leslie) and Dwight Andrews (Kristy) of Johnstown; her grandchild Ashley Boltz (Cody); her children, Bria, MD, Nicholas, Tyvon, Michelle and Auntuan; her great grandchild Alaya of Johnstown; her grandchild Aspen; her siblings, James Petty and Juanita Petty-Blakeney; and her caregiver Liz Petruska. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
