Dorothy L. Polca Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy L. Polca of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 27, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Perkins and Edna L. (Wahlen); her husband Henry M. Polca; her children, Jeanett L. Ray and Sidney Allen Collett; and her sister JoAnn Curnutt.
She is survived by: her children, Delton Ray Collett (Paula) of Virginia, Duane M. Polca (Jennifer) of Kansas, Michael T. Polca (Rhonda) of Florida and Denise M. Patrick (Thomas) of Pennsylvania; and her siblings, Joe Roy Bentley (Norma), Jerry Bentley (Jan), Billie Knox, Evelyn Pugh, Jobeth Corwin (Tommy), Robbye Plummer and Eileen Miller (Carrol). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; eight step grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, or the family requests a tree be planted in Dorothy's memory.
