She was predeceased by: her parents, William Raymond and Helen Pearl Gongloff (Bracken); her husband Henry T. Surap Sr.; her children, Richard Allen and Helen Marie "Candy" Surap; her grandchildren, Richard Kent Surap and Candice Rose; and her daughter-in-law Irene Cathleen Teeter Surap.
She is survived by: her children, Henry Tom Jr. (Rose Ramirez) of Johnstown, William J. Surap Sr. of Johnstown and Pamela Jean Estay of Fairbanks, AK; her grandchildren, William J. Surap Jr., Timothy Surap and Heather Surap of Fairbanks, AK; her great grandchildren, Brandon, Daniel, Jacob Deneen, Elizabeth and Riley Richardson; her great great grandchild Alice Deneen; and her siblings, Joyce Singer (Donald) and William Harris Gongloff. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
