With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward David Podvojsky of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 12, 2025 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Podvojsky and Susanna Podvojsky (Churilla); his wife Eileen Podvojsky (Mangus); and his siblings, Albert, Mary, Bernadine, Margaret, John, Ann and Michael.
He is survived by: his son Ron Podvojsky (Francine); his grandson Elijah Podvojsky; his brother Joe Podvojsky (Dani); and his niece Nancie Stamey. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, in-laws.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Hindman Funeral Home (146 Chandler Ave, Johnstown, PA 15906). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Therese Catholic Church (536 Decker Ave, Johnstown, PA 15906).
