Ickes, Bonnie Kay Ickes and Dawn M. Boden (William); his daughter-in-law Theresa; his grandchildren, William, Jennifer, Luke, August, Theodore and Evelyn; his sister Cathie Nocero (Tony); and his pets, Tami and Molly.
