He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew R. Sr. Mikesic and Mary Mikesic (Zahoran); his wife Rosemarie Mikesic (Skubic); his son-in-law Christopher Miller; and his brothers, Francis R. Mikesic and Matthew Mikesic Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Danette Miller of Johnstown, Eddie Mikesic (Traci) of Johnstown and Scott Mikesic (Carol) of Collegeville, PA; his grandchildren, Lindsey Perry and Kaley Eckman (David); his sons, Nicholas, Matthew and Samuel Mikesic; his great grandchildren, Garza Perry and Rhys Eckman; and his brother George Mikesic of Johnstown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
