She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Craig and Marie Craig (Sandrus); her husband Robert Cernansky; and her siblings, Patrick, Bernie, Patricia and Dorothy.

She is survived by: her son Craig Cernansky; her siblings, Eleanor Berger and Robert Lytle; and her pet Sara. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
