She was predeceased by: her former husband Jacob Siplivy; her son Noah Siplivy; and her grandson James Siplivy. She is survived by: her husband Paul Kaminski; her children, William Siplivy (Laura) of Ohio, Margaret Kishlock (David) and James D. Siplivy (LuAnn); her grandchildren, Michael Siplivy, Cari Webster (Trent), Lauren Siplivy, Mark Kishlock (Keashia) and Janice Hill (Dan); and her stepchildren, Paul Kaminski, Stephen Kaminski (Colleen) and Mary Dauber (Robin). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
