She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Iacaruso and Vincenza Iacaruso; her husband Donald "Jack" Wilfong, Sr.; her siblings, John Iacaruso, Anthony Iacaruso, Eugene Iacaruso and Mary Thomas; her siblings-in-law, Raymond Cushman, John Truscello, Steven Thomas, Brennis "Lefty" Wilfong, Mildred Wilfong (Brilhart) and Catherine Iacaruso (Peddicord); and her grandson David Maola.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Howrylak (Michael), Dr. Donald John Wilfong, Jr. (Donamarie), Jacqueline Spory (Joseph Sansone) and Denise Atkins (Walter); her great grandchildren, Sam, Lily Newcomer, Jaxon Howrylak, John David, Eleanor Maola, Lucy, Max Wilfong, Moses, Mick Wilfong, Connor, Blake, Jayden Atkins, Cole, Brooks and Drew Atkins; her siblings, Theresa Cushman, Shirley Truscello, Betty Jean Albacete (Frank) and Robert Iacaruso (Barbara); her sister-in-law Carol Iacaruso (Miller); and also, Heather Newcomer (Thomas), Jared Howrylak (Courtney), Allison Maola, Garrett Spory, Dr. Joshua Wilfong (Amy Bagatto), Dr. Jordan Wilfong (Jeanelle Sears), Jacob Wilfong, David Atkins (Amy) and Craig Atkins (Trish).
