He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene F. Kramer and Mary Kramer (Patchey); his sister Beverly Berkstresser; and his nephew Lenny Berkstresser. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Kramer (Ogline); his sons, Dustin (Breanna Hess) and David Kramer; his grandchildren, Skylar, Cameron and Hayden Kramer; his sister-in-law Joanne Daniella; and his close friends, Carol and Bob. He is also survived by nieces, nephew and cousins.
