He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Spada); his children, Andrew (Jill) and Stephanie (Dennis Callahan); his grandchildren, Brendan and Erin Callahan; his siblings, Mary Jo Skala and Philip Skala (Alice); his brother-in-law Anthony Spada (Marianne); and his nieces, Beth Harris, Suzanne Atkinson, Tonya Spada-Dixon and Melissa Radovanic.
