It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Florence E. Jordan of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 9, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hunter and Florence Hunter (Frech); her husband Norbert Jordan, Sr.; her daughter Sharen Stoner; her siblings, Robert, David, Daniel, Mary Ellen, Dorothy, Doris, James and Thomas; her stepson Steven "Mick" Jordan; and her granddaughter Kathleen Robertson (Del Signore).
She is survived by: her sister Nancy Altemus (Bob); her sisters-in-law, Alma and Thea; her children, Linda Kay Del Signore (Lou), Diane Pudliner (Ed), Theodore Helsel, Jr. (Chris), Timothy Helsel (Chris) and Bonnie Lloyd (Vince); and her stepchildren, Thomas Jordan (Laurie), Robert Jordan (Carol), Christine Jordan (Mick) and David Jordan (Erin). She is also survived by her family, especially watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Life Church (101 Nice Ave, Johnstown, PA 15905).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 600 Ash St., Johnstown, PA 15902, or Bridge to Life Church, 101 Nice Ave., Johnstown, PA 15905, in loving memory.
