She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lepus and Elizabeth Lepus (Bartok); her husband Charles E. Sprague; her sons, Mark and Daniel; and her siblings, Joseph, Bernard and Margaret Seth.
She is survived by: her son Matthew Sprague.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Picking - Treece - Bennett Mortuary (921 Menoher Blvd, Johnstown, PA 15905). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Visitation (1127 McKiinley Ave. 43222).
