We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2023, at the age of 76, Frank E. Chase Jr. (Johnstown, Pennsylvania) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frank E. Chase Jr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Sr. Chase and Nora M. Chase (Retallack). He is survived by: his wife Wendy K. Chase (Davis); his sons, Garth D. and Grady A. (Michelle); his grandchildren, Sydney, Reagan, Lochlyn and Dugan; and his sister Nancy Miller (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.

The family suggests contributions be directed to the Humane Society of Cambria County, 743 Galleria Dr. Ext., Johnstown, PA 15904, or to the Salvation Army, 576 Vine St, Johnstown, PA 15901 in memory of Frank.
