He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Rively and Mable Rively (Wilson); and his siblings, James, Edwin, Ralph Rively and Ruth Ann Bennett.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Rively (Heinrich); his children, Randy Rively and Tammy Everett (Greg Everett) of Coopersburg, PA; and his grandson Jordan Everett of Coopersburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association and American Cancer Society.
