Frank Slezak Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Slezak and Helen S. Slezak (Drzal); and his close friend Bette Meek. He is survived by: his brother Robert Slezak (Sharon); his sibling's children, Jennifer Slezak, Amy Egers (John) and Matthew Slezak (Jenna); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Blake Cassick (Callie), Coby Cassick, Dominic Egers, Ava Egers, Sophia Egers, Camden Slezak and Kyla Slezak.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (120 Barron Ave, Johnstown, PA 15906). A committal service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the St. Casimir Cemetery.
