He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Yates (Vaughn) of Clinton, MD, Jacqueline Cleveland (Gregory) of Douglasville, GA, Constance Troutman of Woodbridge, VA and Crystal Tisinger (Justin); his stepdaughter Darlene Smith of Johnstown, PA; and his son Fred Hoffman. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, along with many other family and friends.
