It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garfield Churchey Jr. (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 10, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Garfield and Lucy Churchey (Mishler); his wife Ramona "Monie" (Kaufman); his son Robert "Gary"; and his siblings, Clarence, Raymond, Emma, Ivy, Betty, Luella, Ruby, Helen and Hazel.
He is survived by: his children, Walt Churchey (Kathy), Patty Kordell (Kenny) and Wendy Koontz (Mark); his daughter-in-law Carolyn Churchey; his brother-in-law Eugene Kaufman; his family, Tom, Art, Vera, Paul, Wilma, Bonnie, Dick, Donna, Sam, Evie, Mike, Doris, Chester and Sue; and his pet Molly. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 18 Great-grandchildren.
