He was predeceased by: his parents, George Howarth and Catherine Howarth (Woznick); his wife Diane Howarth (Burns); and his aunts, Ann, Mary and Elizabeth Howarth.
He is survived by: his sons, Todd (Sandra) of Centreville, VA and Troy of Johnstown, PA; his sister Sharon Layman (Harlan) of Myrtle Beach, SC.; his pet Max; and his close friend Jack Mish.
