He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Antonikas and Mary Antonikas (Kluckovich); and his siblings, Anthony Antonikas, Catherine Odgers and Gloria Molchany.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Antonikas (Golias); his daughters, Sharon Delic (John) of Johnstown, Diane Tremblay (Pierre) of Cranberry and Debora Lomago (Jon) of Pittsburgh; his grandsons, Joseph Delic (Johanna), Christopher Tremblay (Elizabeth), Justin Delic and Nicholas Lomago (Jazmin); and his siblings, Chris Antonikas of Delmont, Barbara Fatula of Johnstown and Ann Gracik of Johnstown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
