He is survived by: his father George Kuzmiak; his brothers, John Kuzmiak (Renee) and Paul Kuzmiak; his nephew Eric Kuzmiak (Susan); his niece Maria Nealen (Zach Nealen); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gianna, Mason, Liam and Grace.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in George's honor to Zion Lutheran Church, 613 Locust Street, Johnstown, PA 15901.
