He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell W. and Edith N. (Smethurst); his siblings, Margie Ann, Shirley A. and Robert W.; his aunt Margaret; and his uncle Chester Moehler.
He is survived by: his wife Garetta Moehler (Paxton); his daughter Lori Ann Kichler (Joseph Jacobs); his grandchildren, Jesse James Volocko (Olivia Phillips) and Savannah Moehler; his great grandchild Stella Nicole Volocko; his siblings-in-law, Brooks Paxton (Diane) and Margie Moehler; his sibling's children, Sean, Scott (Paula), Brooks Paxton II, Michelle Fry (Danny) and Melissa Meikrantz (Robert); and his friends, Paul, Lori Ferbiak and Dickie George.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or Cambria County Humane Society.
