He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Hoffman); his daughters, Patti Germaine Wirick (Barry) of Johnstown and Christina Letizia Perry; his grandchildren, David Germain Letizia (Monica Murphy) and Nicole Marie (Perry); and his great grandchildren, Clara Marie, Eleanor Reese and Elizabeth Germaine Plate.
