He was predeceased by: his parents, John Haluska and Anna Haluska (Gagan). He is survived by: his children, Garrett (Pittsburgh), Courtney (Jason Kylor) and Paige (Eli Heider); his grandson Graham Kylor; the mother of his children Kimberly Mattern-Haluska; and his siblings, J. Reid (Cathy), Mark (Sherry) and Maryann Napier (Jim).
