He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Moore and Peral Moore (Hess); his former wife Inez Moore (Kunsman); his sister Roberta Marz; and his children-in-law, Christie Felix and Kevin McMullen.
He is survived by: his wife Judith L. Felix-Moore (Yannutz); his daughter Lori McMullen; his stepsons, John Felix (Pam) and David Felix of Clayton, NC; his granddaughters, Kelsie Felix-Ammons (J. C.) and Allyson Felix; and his great grandchildren, Margaret "Maggie" Ammons and Grayson Ammons. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Belmont Community Church of Johnstown (107 Coldren St, Johnstown, PA 15904). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
