We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2023, at the age of 71, Hoa Thi Custer of Johnstown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Xe Thi Phan, Binh Van Phan and Cung Van Phan. She is survived by: her husband John Custer; her daughter Leyla Coker (Walter); her grandchildren, Claire, Grady and Watts; her siblings, Jackie Thi Phan (Chac) and Thiet Van Phan; and her siblings-in-law, Byron Custer III (Lana) and Joan Rush. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
