He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack London Berkebile Sr. and Virginia Berkebile (Lentz); his siblings, Lt. Jack Berkebile and Debra Riley (Berkebile); and his grandparents, William Lentz and Myrtle Lentz.
He is survived by: his sister Barbara Arnal (Nick); his sister-in-law Nancy Larkin (Lance); his nieces and nephews, Justin L. Berkebile of Bellefonte, PA and Jordan L. Berkebile (Amanda); his grandchildren, Brighton, Jace, Willow, August and Ellis; and his nieces and nephews, Alexandra, Jennifer, Elizabeth, Richie, Jenna, Nick and Jane Phillips. He is also survived by his family and friends.
