James D. Golias Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James D. Golias of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine J. Golias (Wass); his sisters, Rita Scaglione, Mary Mitnik and Kathleen Holtzman; his wife Dolores T. Golias; his son Douglas J. Golias; and his father John Slovikovski.
He is survived by: his sister Beatrice Macy; his sons, David J Golias and Dennis J. Golias; his daughter-in-law Tina Golias; his granddaughters, Heather Snyder (Dustin), Shannon Golias and Jocelyn Golias; and his great grandchild Nolan Douglas Snyder.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jim's name can be made to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital or Shriner's Hospital for Children.
