It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Larison in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Jane and Ellen Jane (Harris); his wife Maryanne; his siblings, Herbert, Harold (Butch), Frederick, Thomas, Ronald, Robert, Elizabeth Hysong and Ellen Jane Larison; his nephew Donald Hysong; and his granddaughter Heather Grischott.

He is survived by: his children, Marian Grischott (Gregory), Jeffery Criswell (Patricia) and Melvin Todd Criswell (Andrea); his grandchildren, Melanie Spotz (Tyler), Lauren, Matthew, Victoria, Benjamin, Chelsea Jimenez (Tony), Rose and Christian; his great grandchildren, Luke, Isabella, Evelyn, Nolan, Eden, Atlan and Alena; his sister-in-law Janet Larison; and his nieces, Pam Hysong, Linda Eash, Pam Varner, Theresa Dutko, Katie Mason and Stevie Watson.

Donations be made to the Activity Department at the Arbutus Park Nursing Home.
